3ix.com Is The Worst Hosting Company

So I thought I should share with you all what hosting company to NOT use. I tried 3ix out because it was cheap. What I found out was that they are cheap but their servers are never up! One of my sites was actually down for an entire week. This would happen constantly and all they ever said was "There's a load on the servers, please check back in 6-8 hours".

Now come on, what kinda BS is that!

There customer service sucks and is based in India...go figure. Here are a couple chat logs of what was said. You will see for yourself how horrible and unhelpful they really are.

Now does that seem like good customer service to you? DO NOT USE 3ix! I repeat, DO NOT USE 3ix!

They will take your money and your site will never work. You have been warned! Feel free to share your experiences on here if you have any. Hopefully the more people that read about them and hear how awful they are, they will shut down and we wont have to see them ever again.
